课后反思与建议:
优点:1、教师语言清晰,亲切,综素质不错。
2、尊重学生,特别是尊重学生个体差异。
3、教师在整节课中通过设计一个个跟文章有关的问题、活动把学生带进课堂并融入其中去思考。在学生理解困难的地方老师会用一些关键词来引导学生去发现、探究,张老师做到了作为一个教师应有且很重要的一种特质——引领。
4、后设计的作业,实际上就是对学生对本堂课的提升和巩固,非常有针对性,很好。
5、后的一部分,让学生通过表演、参与的形式把内容输出、呈现出来,很好。
建议:整节课教师主要采用的是问答式方式与学生互动,为了激发学生的学习积极性,可以考虑形式多样,丰富多彩些。但每个学生乃至每个班级学生学习的风格不同,方式不同,并不代表他们没有思考或者没学。然不能依此标准来衡量,但我仍然觉得当输入到一定程度时应该通过多种方式让学生输出,才能体现出对本节课内容的掌握程度,学生真正地通过一个个活动展现出来。
