What subject is she/he teaching? 【反思】:(引入激趣。进入新课前,教师带领孩子们分类复习了上节课所学的一些形容人的形容词。在此基础上,让孩子们用形容词描述本班任一老师,另叫一个孩子猜测这是谁。接着教师用幻灯片呈现课本上的三张教师的图片引入新课,让他们预测老师的个性以及他们所担任学科等。)

【反思】:( 在While-reading部分,让学生读文章并完成三个任务。首先是以问题的形式呈现;其次是让学生思考我们会从哪些方面描述一位老师;另外让学生读文章并按要求把关键词填写在表格里。任务完成后,非常值得学习的是老师立马让学生谈论了自己会选择其中的哪位老师,初步了解学生希望所教自己的老师是什么样子的,不仅运用了本节课知识,同时激发学生不断思考。)

【反思】:(如果前面时间能压缩一些,本部分可以作为巩固、运用所学知识的环节。关键能让孩子们不仅能口头输出,还能落实到笔头)

【反思】:(本部分主要是让学生能运用本节课及以前知识来描述心目中理想的老师,同学们表现非常好。最让我映像深刻的是当孩子们表达了自己的观点后,覃老师都会对孩子们说自己会尽力做到孩子们心中的理想老师那样。很让人感动。看得出覃老师跟孩子们很亲近。我想这就是作为一个教师非常优秀的品质之一吧。)

【课例分析】:
覃老师整节课保持微笑,很亲切、优雅。覃老师在Pre-reading部分就激发了学生的兴趣,整个过程思路清晰,环环相扣。提问的难易度适当,根据学生情况,老师很机智地掌控整个课堂。老师、学生充满激情,投入,不断地引导学生思考,学生整体参与度较高。必要地时候还让学生到讲台去和老师同学展示互动,很好。但个人觉得个别环节的个别问题有必要讨论,比如前面环节能否把时间压缩一下,Post –reading 部分可以运用,因学生能通过笔头加以巩固。另外Discussion部分如能让学生小组活动后再展示,或许学生积极性更高,参与度更高,效果更好!总之覃老师有很多值得我去学习的地方,给了我很多教学上的思考,受益匪浅,谢谢!
