　  Most of students 'English is poor since they are not interested in English so much. So I create a situation to arouse students’ interest, and the Task-based teaching method will help the students to achieve the aims.
学情分析

大部分中职学生的英语基础较欠缺，对英语的兴趣也不是很浓厚，生硬的理论知识对于他们来说是有一定难度的，所以本堂课教师利用有趣生动的场景来引起学生的兴趣，再利用任务教学法，帮助学生完成学习目标。

The content of my lesson is a reading material, through the learning of which, I’ll enable students to read job advertisement and find out the five elements of an ad.

本堂课的教学内容是一篇阅读材料，通过对它的学生，学生可以学会阅读招聘广告以及如何找到广告中5个关键信息点。

I will pick up some students to say his or her answer. Then I will give the five elements of a job ad( position, full-time/part-time, working time, qualities, contact information).

Task 1：skimming(individual work)

Everyone is going to a job fair (with  a resume) ,read the 3 ads quickly to see which job you can apply for.

Task 2: scanning(group work)

To understand the ads better, read the ads carefully and a785bplete the form within group.

1.“Situational creation teaching method”helps the Ss get focused .

2. “Task-based” teaching method is used here to develop the Ss’ ability of reading and also their ability of cooperation will be trained.
