 本课是外研版新标准英语（一起）三年级下册Module

 7Unit1，课题为Are there many children in your class?

 本单元主要围绕Are there many children in

 your class? 话题展开，通过Xiaolin,Amy 和Sam的对话内容了解中英学校，培养学生的文化意识，并借助图片，视频和思维导图练习目标语言，帮助学生能在恰当的情境中使用目标语言，培养学生的语言能力，学习能力以及批判性思维。

 目标语言：  Are there many children in your

 class?

 Yes,

 there are./No, there aren’t. “There be’’结构的一般疑问句，

 词汇：class, about, forty等.  

 由于本单元Activity 2的故事情境与学生的生活实际联系更加紧密，因此对单元内容进行了适当的整合处理，将Activity1和Activity 2调整顺序，把Activity1作为Activity 2故事情境的拓展及延伸，让学生在更多的情境中运用目标语言，并通过观察，对比，结合How many？句型，让学生对数量的认知由抽象化转为具体化。

 通过提前对成都七中实验学校的学生进行了解得知，学生学习了外研社和北师大两套教材，学生的英语基础扎实，学习能力较强，并且在外研社二年级教材中已习得Can I play with them？句型，在日常学习过程中对整十的数字已有了一定了解，因此本堂课将Are there many

 children in your class? 的一般疑问句作为重难点，培养学生在恰当情境中运用目标语言的学习能力。

 1．语言知识目标（语言能力）

 1）理解词汇：class, about， forty

     2）能够听懂、会说，并在恰当的情境中运用以下目标语言：

     Are there many children in your

 class?

        Yes, there are./No, there aren’t.

 2. 语言技能目标（学习能力）

    1）培养学生能够在恰当的情境中运用“There are”结构的一般疑问句Are there _____?并结合How many？句型，让学生对数量的认知由抽象化转为具体化。

 2）通过围绕主题Are there _____?和运用How many？的回答对比事物多少，培养学生仔细观察的习惯和能力。

       

 

 

 3.情感态度目标（文化意识）

 学生通过对比了解中英学校班级，提升学生的文化意识，并鼓励学生能够合理，辩证地思考，分析问题，进一步促进学生心智的发展。

   1）通过文本的信息梳理，帮助学生学会对比，从而建构思维导图。

 2）通过对比中英学校，引导学生表达个人观点，培养学生的批判性思维能力。
