一、教材选择
本节课为B7M3的Dickens’ London的Reading
& vocabulary一课,呈现的是literature为话题的阅读课,目的在于让学生了解英语国家维多利亚时期的风俗、文化、文学等。
二、教学过程
本课为文学类的阅读课课型,首先根据标题进行预测文章的大意,接着教师给予辅助呈现了两幅完全不同的图片,用形容词描述维多利亚时期,从已知过渡到未知,即本堂课要学的目标词汇。接着,教师考虑到认知,设置任务由易到难,进行了段落大意的目标词汇填空,学生比较容易完成。教师接着设置了细节信息理解,更深层次挖掘文学语篇的内涵,用关键词归纳大意,最后引出一篇相同话题材料的阅读,使学生对维多利亚时期的背景更了解。

Choose one from the five words “rich, poor, new, general, environmental” to fill in each blank.

三、教学设计亮点
1.教师文本处理细致,板书精美,关键词反复出现,重复频率高。
2.教师注重在文本阅读的同时关注英语国家文化的欣赏,并且采用话题阅读非常具有创新。
3.教师教学思路清晰,清楚,环环相扣。
四、课后反思与建议
1.教师指令语稍长,且不够简洁。
2.输出活动的设计没有很好的挖掘文章,培养学生的思维。
3.活动的设置略显单调。
